Date Picker stopped working

I'm having trouble with the Date Picker.

When I apply the behavior, it puts some scripts (calendar.js, calendar-en.js, and calendar-aqus.css) at the top of the page, above the <HTML> tag. Shouldn't these three lines go in the <HEAD>?

Then there are about 68 lines of Javascript that are no longer being written to the page.

As a result, I can't get this to work at all. I had it on one page, but it will not work on another. I have removed, re-installed the behavior, removed and re-installed Dreamweaver, deleted the config folder.. I don't know what else to do.

Help?
