Several Errors Using Advanced Form Controls

Have just purchased and installed Advanced Form Controls and have a few problems.

DATE PICKER:
After applying this behaviour I get

<script language="javascript" src="../../../../../../../AdvFormControls/Calendar/Js/calendar.js">

The ="../../../../../../../AdvFormControls is repeated for all reference
I have to remove ../../../../../../../ for the page to work.

EVENT CALENDAR:
I get the error message "Before use this behavior create a recordset" but I have a recordset and all other extensions recognise the recordset.

I have reinstalled the extension with the same result.

Please Help
