I create a recordset with query:
SELECT Ticket_Status, count(*)
FROM Tickets GROUP BY Ticket_Status

this bring back the result:

1st DVLA request,1092
1st Letter Sent L85,2
2nd DVLA request,10
2nd Letter Sent L85,238
3rd Letter Sent L135,421
Appeal Upheld,37
Awaiting Legal,1
Cancelled,2239
Completed,3531
Completed & Payed,6213
Gone Legal,985
Gone Solicitor,777
In Process,394
Kent Appeal,5
Leeds Letter Sent L60,33
Office Appeal,42
On Hold,245
Outside Appeal,15
Unobtainable,525

I set up the chart with Label field ticket status & value field count(*) I get the following error:

Warning!!
DwZone.it Dynamic Chart error:
The recordset contains a non numeric value
Field: Ticket_Status
Value: 1092
Verify the data in your recordset, all the value fields must be numeric
