I a m getting the same error and when I attempt to display the page locally on the server I get the temp folder error:

Warning!!
DwZone.it Dynamic Chart error:
The image folder /temp/ don't exixt
Please create the temp folder for the chart image
Remenber this folder must have the write permission for the
Internet Guest Account (IUSR_[Machine_Name] user and for the ASPNET user

Yet.... My IUSR, ASP.net and every single user of this server has write permissions to the folder. And this error doesn't appear when I access the page from the web...then I get the msxml3.dll error described in this topic. Help!!
