I just purchased and installed this. No problems getting it to work - at least as far as it DOES work. Here's what I hate about it:
1. Unless you select to show a javascript error popup, no validation even takes place. Why offer that as an option if it's needed?
2. An error in one form field causes all the data to disappear from all the fields. This is really bad.
3. On four text fields which are not required, but do have a required format if they're filled in at all, the form shows an error for them anyway if they're not filled in. They're not set up as required! It shouldn't do that.
4. There's one checkbox field, and if it's checked then one of the text fields should be required. This flat out doesn't work.

I'm not happy at all with this extension, and I'd for sure recommend that nobody else should *** it.
