Insert Record Upload and [just] Upload

1) Insert Record Upload is incompatible with Spry validation widget. This server behavior use onsubmit that cause Spry to malfunction. When I hit submit button, the Spry didn't do its job and let the page return database error like this field cannot be blank etc... Weird the onsubmit it seems for progress bar, even though I didn't chose the progress bar option. Why the code is there?
2) Upload server behavior is not compatible with Dreamweaver Insert Wizard and caused error.

I have my form completed using Record Insertion Wizard. All I need is to change one of the text field to file field. Then I apply DWZone Upload to it. This method doesn't work. What's the right step?
