Dreamweaver CC 2015/2017 issues

Hi Gianluigi
When using the "Insert Record Upload" feature of "Upload and Resize Image", version 2.5.30 with CC 2015 and CC 2017 versions, cause both Dreamweaver CC to crash and the extension does not get applied.
I tried this on 2 systems, one running Windows 7 Enterprise and the second one running Win 10.

The message for both Dreamweaver CC versions is identical: "Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2015 / CC 2017 has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem..."

The extension works fine in CS6.
