When they want to add/edit an image they click on the Insert/Edit Image icon and then click on Browse Server and the File Browser just hangs and doesn't show any of the images previously uploaded, the "searching box" is displayed and it will just stay like this for ever. The only option is to close the File Browser and Image dialogue window, refresh the page (with the editor on) and try again, sometimes it works and others it just hangs again.
