Hi,

You must GO DIRECTLY ON THE SERVER COMPUTER open the browser and type the url of your site to see if the browser display your site.
I now your site is on-line but is the server that must be able to se the site, and in some server configuration this is disabled, and if this is your case you must ask to your system admin to enabled this

if you have your site on an hosting company you must ask them to test for you
