Compressing image

I am not sure if this is bug or not but even though in Editor I set the JPG quality to 80 it seems it compresses the images quality to 30 or maximum 60.

I have uploaded same picture two times to my website. First one uses your Insert Upload extension and jpg quality is 80 but second image uses the Editor but quality is seems very lower.

You may take a look. http://www.footballmedia.net/index.asp . if you click on logo to see the article you will notice the quality of image on top of the article (uploaded by Editor with 80 JPG quality) is very lower than the image on first page (uploaded with insert upload extension which is good quality).
