Can't get multiple update to work at all

I set up a test table in my database specifically to experiment with this extension. I followed your flash tutorial instructions exactly but it doesn't work. Here's my test page:

I try changing the values in any of the editable fields, but clicking submit just submits the form but doesn't update anything. At first, I set it up just like you did in the tutorial, leaving the field blank for "after updating, go to:"

As is the case with other extensions of yours, sometimes they don't work when there isn't a page to redirect to upon update, so I created a page to go to after update, and that page simply redirects back to my multi-update form test page.

Please advise on why this extension is not working. Thanks!
