Hi,
When I try to upload and insert into my database, the page does not redirect. Instead, it just shows random gibberish each time. Like this:

The file gets uploaded, and there is an entry in the database. I just don't know why I'm getting this instead of the redirect page.

Here is the form on my page, it's very simple. Can someone please help?
