Emailing from the extension using SMTP.GMAIL.COM is working fine. There was one switch in the GMAIL settings that needed to be turned ON.
GMAIL requires SSL on port 465. Your extension is working beautifully with GMAIL SMTP server. I absolutely love it when I use it for personal matters.
My issue is that I cannot use GMAIL to send out e-mails to my clients as it shows my own e-mail account. I have to use my organization e-mail that uses smtp.office365.com as server address, Port 587, SSL disabled and TLS ON. My struggle is now with the TLS. I left the SSL unchecked, changed the port to 587 and used my username/password for my office365 account. With all these changes in place, I cannot send out e-mails through the extension. I even checked the SSL box and still cannot send out messages. There is no error. They just won't go out. All these settings work well with any other email client. Right now I am at a loss and do not know what else to do
