Editor displays last contents when adding new

I noticed a strange behavior in the editor today, since updating to 1.0.13.

Since updating the wysiwyg editor to 1.0.13, the editor window seems to "remember" what was displayed last in the wysiwyg box. When you add a new entry, where the editor window would typically be empty/blank, but in this case it shows whatever was viewed in it last. I noticed this when going from editing an article to creating a new article.

I even tested this after clearing the entire browser history and cache, so it seems that the editor itself is storing what was displayed in the wysiwyg window somewhere else, like maybe in an cookie? All I know is that once you've viewed an article (like when editing an existing one), the next time you go to add a new one, the editor box will display whatever was in it last.

Tested and 100% repeatable in current versions of IE, Chrome and Firefox.
