Big step back in version 1.0.14

Several problems with your latest wysiwyg editor update to 1.0.14. For testing purposes I have this on a site I don't use for anything but testing DW extensions - just to make sure no other website could possibly be interfering with it.

1. The editor has formatting issues. Icons look messed up, no matter if you choose default, large, or small.
2. Anything that requires a popup window (inserting link, image, viewing code) does not work. You get a small bit of the window at the top left of the browser and then it will open when you click it.
3. Uploads don't work
4. View source code doesn't work

I can't imagine what's going on with this, considering how broken the whole thing seems. I removed and reinstalled the extension, always remembering to delete the winfilecache. I have a blank test page with ONLY the code for this extension, and I've uploaded the entire dwzTiny directory that is created when you use the extension.

Can you take a look and let me know why this extension isn't working for me?

Also, I'm using DW CS6 and I've tested the above page in all current stable versions of IE, Chrome and Firefox - all with the same bad results.
