Hi,

I don't understand very well, sorry

To add a new option to a product you must:
from the menu choose the Product link after from the category list you must choose the product from the link "products" and in this list click on the "Mod" link and in this page add the products options you need.
After you must click on the "Details" link and in this page select the product detail and here select the option value for the options you add.
