Specify size of dynamic image

Hello Gianluigi,

I wonder if we can specify the size of dynamic image using your extension. The project I am working on, need to pull up the thumbnail image and put in 2-3 different places with a little bit different size. I don�t want to make more than one thumbnail. In DW you can put image place holder and bind the image name and specify the size in Properties Panel but when I use your extension I get just an ASP icon. Can we specify the size for dynamic image using your extension?
