The CSV file is supplied by a third party (daily) and has a slightly odd delimiter configuration. The "separator" is a comma (that's OK) but the "Enclose field" (delimiter) is a (pipe) | The extension only lets me choose "No", "Single apex" or "Double apex" as the "Enclose field" value. How can I set it to be a (pipe) | as it's not possible to have this CSV file changed (by the supplier) or modify it manually as it's sent out daily?
