I can't E-mail the Excel file, because of sensitive company information. However, the field in Excel is set up as "General". The correllating field in MS Access is "text". Works fine for the other 4 fields, but not for the first field/column -- which is selected as "unique column"... even though I have "Don't Verify" selected.
