You Should Not Sell a Product Without Support

I think that you should not sell an extension without first having proper support. I've purchased an extension that I cannot use. The demonstration is a very poor example. It is not commented and it does not address my needs. I'm not criticizing, but you really should be careful about putting up solutions and not offering the proper support. It's almost been a month and there still is not a support document for what appears to be a very complicated extension.
