After inserting into a page, cannot edit behavior

Once you use this behavior on a page, you cannot edit or delete it because it does not show up on the Server Behaviors panel in Dreamweaver. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension with the same results. I have also deleted the winfilecache too. This happens on both my desktop and laptop computer, both are running Windows 8.1 64-bit and Dreamweaver CC 2014.1.

Let me know if there is a fix for this.

Since this isn't something you can test from a live web page (because it's a problem with the extension from within Dreamweaver), here is a link to my source code:
