I am using Advanced Mail 2.4.0 with Server Side Validator 1.2.0 and Advanced Mail Insert Record and I am finding the same problem on two websites where when I test the form it works perfectly, sends email and inserts the record, but when my clients try the form, no record is inserted and no email is sent but apparently the form advances to the thank you (post-submit) page as if it did work. These are people using IE7 even though my own tests on IE7 for Windows and various Mac browsers all work fine. I have tried reinstalling everything and reapplying the extensions and apparently the problem is still occurring.

This has been a huge mystery and we are in the middle of a marketing campaign where we may miss having a record of who fills out our forms because of this.

Do you know what I can check or what I can try to get these forms to work or why they would work in some web browsers but not others?

Oddly, the site has a total of 5 forms and one of them -- the only one that does not also use the validator -- seems to work fine all the time.

Thank you in advance for all your support. I use your extensions very often with most of my ASP websites and I count on them to work, but I definitely have a problem. I would be glad to email you with our pages and source code, just let me know.
