Thanks for replying I've named the field file_1 (as per your demo)

I don't have the page live - but what I've done is this

created a form with one field (field_1) and a button 'Browse' set to None

<form name="form1" id="form1">
<input name="file_1" type="text" id="file_1" />
<input type="button" name="dwzSubmit" value="Browse" />
Name:
<input name="emailname" type="text" id="emailname" />
<input type="submit" name="Submit" value="Submit" />
</form>

I then apply the dw adv mail - set up all the parameters but the upload tab shows **no fields found - I know its probably something I'm missing but I can't see what
