Emails Field Labels instead of data

I have everything set up perfectly according to your website, but when the emails are sent, the data only lists the name of the labels in the Advance Mail application.

Here is an example:

This is what the customer and I get in email form.

"Attached is a resume from the following person;

name@_form_@
email@_form_@
message@_form_@

"

I have the correct replaces, everything is created perfectly, according to your demo, source information, etc. What can the problem be?
