Path problem

We moved to a new host recently, and now all the pages where we use ADV MAIL return the following error:

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0131'
Disallowed Parent Path
/evaluations/test.asp, line 2
The Include file '../../Connections/Void.asp' cannot contain '..' to indicate the parent directory.

I understand that allowing parent paths is a significant security risk, so what do I do to get it to work?
