The complete error message from DWMX is:

Please select a form that does not already have an edit operation applied to it, or click Cancel.

I have not yet used your Redirect Page to test for an returned SMPT error but will do so - hope to do today.

To verify if the server SMTP return an error message use my RedirectMail Page (you find this page in the download area)
This display the error message in case the SMTP return an error
