Good morning -

I have spoken with my Server Admin and am told that the SMTP settings are correct. We are not getting an SMTP error in the NT Event Viewer, which would occur if it were an SMTP issue.

We have created a folder entitled pickup in the inetpub directory - it reads inetpub\mailroot\pickup. We have also given the IUSER all necessary permissions.

When configuring AdvancedMail on the form page, on the Mail tab should the To Mail address simply be the destination address or should it contain your tag - ? I have it set to my email address.

Any help you may provide is greatly appreciated - !

Thank you very much.

Melissa
