I Have bought he latest advanced mail and plug in extension

How an I update a set of records that meets the recordset criteria .
I have used the plug in . what it does it only update one records and not rest of the records that match the record set criteria .
Example:
when I send emails to a group of reciepients in one of my table in Access database that I use in a record set ( let's say all of those that have a July 18 date in their date field and there are 20 of these records ) . But the problem is when I use the Plug in. it is only updaing t one record and not the the rest of the records (19 more records have the july 18 date) that have same criteria,
Another example:
Let 's say I I have 100 records in one table and 20 of these records bought something in july 18 . I want these 20 records to be marked as emails sent to them . so again they do not recive emails for the samething .
I did use the extension , the problem is only one of these 20 record get updated and the rest (19) with the same date are not getting updated..
Can anybody please help
