Hi Gianluigi The query you just sent me allows the e-mails to be sent now, but unfortunately the result of the query does not filter out the records that have "N" for SubscribeFlag field. I receive e-mails for all e-mail addresses in my table regardless of Y or N for my flag. testing your query in the Query Manager shows the same results. Thanks\Adrian
