It is still not making sense. The value returning to the cell should be the value, not the label. If you look at it now, you will see I have a recordset called rsNames that pulls out the firstname and the firstname plus lastname the firstname plus last name is used for the label, ie what the user sees the firstname is the data, that which should go back to the cell. But this is not the case. Can you please check it because it is not working and it is not right and is a major issue.
