Gianluigi,

I get the following error using Advanced mail:

WARNING!!
The Advanced Mail behavior use a temp folder to save same info
but in this folder you don't have the write permission
You have 2 solutions:
1) Give the write permission to the system temp folder
2) Change the temp folder for this behavior
To change the temp folder read this tutorial:

I have turned off the Log File option and the Attachment folder has Write permissions. The error message does not indicate which file has problems.
What am I missing?
