Hi Gianluigi,
You answered my question about issue #2 with stuff about issue #1. That will not fix the bug in your extension that inserts 2nd line of bogus code.
So far you have said the fix for this is for me to change DW site-wide settings to use Site Root links. But that is not a legitimate solution. Your home page boasts all your extensions are compatible with DW, and your version revision says the extension is compatible with virtual and file include file, yet you ask me to force DW to be compatible with this extension! I find that hard to believe.
After I use DW to change the #include path from File to Virtual, the next time I use your extension on that page it should then honor that change, but it does not. Instead, it writes bad code that breaks the working page. That is not my fault, nor DW's fault - it's your extension's fault.
If your extension is really compatible with virtual and file includes, then why doesn't it honor this line when it sees it in my page? <!--#include virtual="/dwzGoogleMap/dwzGoogleMap.asp" -->
