Google Maps Extension gets Javascript Error in DW CS6

When I try to add a Google Map to my ASP VB page get the following error:

It is also not clear to me which google key I need to enter. I can get Google Maps API v3, Google Maps API v2, OAuth Tokens, Client ID, Client ID Secret, Simple API Access, and more. Which key should I be using.

In addition, I have deleted the WinCache-*.dat file, which has caused Javascript errors at other times.
