Hi,

In my site you can download a flash tutorial to see how setup the extension.

What you setup is not right.
The extension must be setup in the page where you have the recordset to search for, so if you want put the form in one page and the search result in a second page you must create the first page with only the search form and in the second page you must have the recordset and the search extension. In this case you must fill all the extension fields by write yourselfe the form field name.

Don't put any where clause in your recordset, will be the extension that filter the data.

Why you have 3 recordset in this page?
