add files but doesnt work

Now I wiped everything out all upload files locally and on server and tried it again with the flash upload instead and now I keep getting errors saying cant move file. permissions are set on folders, images are not blocked. I dont know what else to do on this. Please give tell me what to check or change. Really need to finish this product tonight.
