Ok, I built two new test pages - one with the regular DW insert behavior, and one with your ASP Upload / Resize extension.

ASP Upload / Resize test page: http://www.hmgstrategy.com/sandbox/dwzoneUploadTest.asp

When you insert to the database using regular DW insert behavior, and you have a name like Ramón in the form field, it stores it correctly to the database and it displays correctly on the page. With ASP Upload / Resize extension, it does not store the name correctly. Instead of storing Ramón into the database, it actually stores it as Ram??n.

Hopefully these side-by-side tests help show the problem better.

Please help me fix this.
