Error on PHP upload and resize

I've setup a page to use the PHP Delete record and image behaviour.

When I insert the behaviour everything works fine, I setup all the parametet until I click the Add File... button to select the field for the files to delete. Then I get a JavaScript error and I can't select any file.

The error is:

While executing onClick in Delete Record Upload.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 749 of file "MacintoshHD:Users:username:Library:ApplicationSupport:Adobe:DreamweaverCS5:en_US:Configuration
:ServerBehaviors:PHP_MySQL:DwZone:Upload:DeleteRecordUpload.js":MM.commandReturnValue has no properties

Any suggestions?
