Thanks Gianluigi,
I rechecked these and have the following settings

In DW Manage Sites
Local root folder is D:\AA_Websites\Over50http://localhost/over50/

Remote info
Access local/Network
Remote folder D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Over50
Testing Server
Server Model ASP VBScript
Access Local/Network
Testing server folder D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Over50
In IIS Virtual Directory
Local Path D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Over50

When the insert record upload fails I get the message
Type in the browser address bar the url: http://localhost/dwzUpload/ResizeAspNet.aspx?TestAspNet=yes
If I change this to
http://localhost/over50/dwzUpload/ResizeAspNet.aspx?TestAspNet=yes
the page opens with yes
