Yes I had already done this. However I did it again but it made no difference.
I can see D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Over50\dwzUpload as my localhost.

In fact now I can see an image has appeared in the correct folder in local host but it has not been resized and there is no thumbnail.

If I de-select Resize image and Make Thumbnail, the extension works and passes to the next page but when the boxes are ticked to resize and create the thumbnail, the error message appears again.
