SQL type not recognised

Hi, I have 2 problems, which I hope I have explained clearly below (I guess these should be in two threads on the forum but the one problem lead to the next):-

(1) SQL Type
It's been some time since I last used this function (last version used was 2.5.8 and all was OK).
On my new project I now the current 2.5.23, which always gives me an error (see http://www.midwalesstages.co.uk/dwzUpload_SQL-error.png) as soon as I click on the OK button of the "insert record upload" function, regardless of which database type I select (although I want to use the MsAccess type).
I have even watched your YouTube tutorial, but this is for an older version of the extension i.e. no database type selection

(2) compatibility with your "ASP Upload" extension" ???
I understand that the "ASP Upload & Resize Image" extension is primarily aimed at image file uploading, but I have used it successfully in the past for non-image file uploads too.
However, given my recent problem I thought I would purchase and install the "ASP Upload" extension, but after installing the extension and restarting DreamWeaver, it does not appear in the server behaviors DwZone list of extensions.
The question is can the two extensions co-exist? or is there a conflict? To prove this I uninstalled both extensions and then reinstalled the "ASP Upload" extension. This time when I run DW and browse the DwZone Extensions the Upload option are more limited as expected and when I select "Insert Record Upload" I see the correct configuration panel, but am instantly presented with an error message (see http://www.midwalesstages.co.uk/dwzUpload_js-error.png), which if I click on OK to carry on, several of the panel configuration do not work. Furthermore, if I check the "About" tab it shows version 2.5.23, but the version of the "ASP Upload" extension that I installed is version 2.0.15

I hope the above is understandable and that you can quickly resolve my problem.
