I have the same problem. I recently downloaded the latest version of this extension. I installed it and it didn't update the dwzUpload folder i had in my site with the new files. I deleted the folder, deleted the server behavior, unistalled the extension, cleared the dw cache, re installed the extension, added the server behavior again, and now it doesnt create the dwzUpload folder at all. I am using CS6 on Win 7 and SQL Server 2008. Thank you.
