Update Record Upload problem

Hi,

Now using Update Record Upload and I keep getting the message:
Please choose a unique key from the recordset
when I click OK to generate the script.

On the first ('Main') screen everything is filled in - the unique key value has 'ID' selected with a tick next to it.

Any ideas what's happening here? I've tried to find a solution but with no success. I did have a value in the form that pulls through from a second recordset but removing that hasn't made any difference.
