Resize problem

I am using ASP Jpeg as the component for resizing. I am entering the desired dimension of the thumbnail (200 width and 200 height) and selecting the Keep Aspect Ration button. The result is the thumbnail comes in 200X200 and of course distorted. It should have calculated the maximum dimansion of the original picture and resize it to 200 pixels and the smallest dimension should be relative to the maximum.

I tried every combination but it doesn;t work. Something else: is it possible to select the the location of the thumbnails other than the location of the uploaded image?
