This error appears whenever I try to apply the AjaxPhpDataGrid Server Behavior to a page: "While executing inspectServerBehavior in AjaxPhpDataGrid.htm, a Javascript error occurred." I'm using Dreamweaver CS6 on MacOS 10.7.4. Also, in trying to update to the latest extension version by using DwZone LiveUpdate, the DwZone menu appears in the Dreamweaver Insert menu, not the main menu bar as per the LiveUpdate instructions, and when I select DwZone>>DwZoneLiveUpdate, nothing happens.
