Hi,

This is not quite the same problem I see.
The problem I have is that browse icon and "browse" text does not appear and of course they two different things, i.e. not simply a problem of locating the png file for the icon, please see below

Also, I doubled checked today on two different laptops and at first thought I had identified the problem, i.e. the laptop top still had IE8 and appeared to work, yet my home desktop has IE9 and exhibits the problem (both in 32 and 64bit versions), so to verify this I updated one laptop to IE9, but it still worked
