However, when I install the same files on my client's server (also running Windows Server 2008 R2) the green "Add files" button is unresponsive and it seems the extension opens with a blank file already in the display as though it had been selected. Your extension displays no errors and doesn't generate the log file - I suppose because nothing has been triggered yet - so I have no clue why it may be doing this. I don't know how else to explain this other than to show you an example of the screen, which you can download from: http://fiddle.tawandalearning.com/tmp/MultipleUpload_Error_View.gif Please assist.
