I've asked if they will allow you to access it, but I don't expect they will. In the meantime while I wait for their decision, I switched debug on in IE and it shows an error on this line in the file: ASPUpload.asp retVal = retVal & "document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', dwzd_r_o_pzoneInit);" & vbcrlf Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'addEventListener' Perhaps this will help you uncover the problem.
