Hi Gianluigi,

I've sended an e-mail with links to test the problems. With ASP Upload Extension characters are wrong in the database and also when get from the db and write in the web page. With Dreamweaver Insert Record behavior charactars are correctrly stored in the database and in the web page.

I've checked about double byte character languages but russian doesn't seems to be one of them. Double byte is used in some assian languages as chinese or japanese.

I've used russian characters many times on web pages and encoding with UTF-8 always worked fine. I don't know how it works in your extension. Now I'm stucked in a project and I need to solve this.
