When I launch the Insert Record Upload extension I get the following error. While executing onLoad in Insert Record Upload.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: At line 1799 of the file "c:\Program Files\Adobe|Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\Configuration\ServerBehaviors|Asp_VBS\DwZone\Upload\AspUpload.js": TypeError: taglist[i].type has no properties. I can press ok, and the same message appears, if I press ok a second time the error goes away, but the extenions does not work. Value to send: is empty and it does not list any files fields, just *Select the file field*. I deleted my Windows Cache file as this has helped with other issues, but it did not help wiht this.
