2nd thumbnail dimensions

I am able to upload and resize a file.
The original file dimensions before upload are 380x380.
With upload and resize extension I set the resize image dimensions to 245x245 and works fine.
I also make a thumbnail with upload and resize extension by setting dimensions to 75x75 and works fine.
I would like to use make 2nd thumbnail, but I want the dimensions as the original file dimensions which is 380x380.
When I try this the image becomes blurry. Is there a way to allow the 2nd thumbnail to have the same original file dimensions and not become blurry?
